Dating back as early as 1909, the Homecoming tradition remains strong among most schools across the United States. Whether Homecoming is built around football, basketball or hockey, the magic of Homecoming remains the same!
Homecoming celebrations may vary from school to school. The town and the school’s campus are full of excitement when alumni, parents and students gather together to participate in the Homecoming activities. Traditional homecoming activities may include “the game” played on the schools field or court, spirit week activities, King & Queen coronation, building a class float, parade, marching band and the homecoming dance just to name a few.
